    Hi There,

I am getting an error – Max execution time: min (30-60) 0! on the theme dashboard

I have checked PHP settings in the control panel, added a script to the php.ini file and then run a phpinfo.php script which says the max execution time is 60, so not sure why the dashboard server checker is returning 0?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    I can’t log in http://prntscr.com/m8gaic
Please go to WooCommerce > Status and check what value of PHP time limit do you have.
I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider to check the situation with the limits https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

    Regards

In Woocommerce staus the time limit is 0

I have spoken to our hosting company 1and1 and they said that because the PHPinfo file says it is 60 then it should work OK??

I have created the user properly this time, sorry.

If Status of WooCommerce shows that same result as our theme, it would be better to discuss with your hosting provider.
We are theme developers and we are able to help with questions and problems related strictly to our theme.
