Max execution time for my Xstore theme is showing 60

Upon trying to insert themes for website – http://www.HomeBargainsng.com, I got an error code regarding “Max execution time” (please find attached). This seems to be affecting my website, as it doesn’t load as it ought.

Please help me sort this out urgently.
