I’ve installed demo content, please check. Let us know if you need any further assistance with it.
About increasing the max execution time, it would better to contact your hosting provider to change it in server settings. Also, it can be increased in your php.ini file. This is not our theme file so if you are not sure how to edit it, contact your hosting provider.

Could you, please, create separate topics for the separate issues to avoid misunderstanding?
1) Single product page sidebar displays static block https://prnt.sc/18rvmdn So either edit this block to change content or remove it if you don’t want to show information there.

2) You asked how to change the start shopping link and text, did not you?
Or what exactly do you want to change? Explain in more detail for better understanding.
