    Hello, @Rhett,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please set Php version 8.0 or 8.1 and the increase max execution time & max input vars minimum 3000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and check again.

2/ Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hi

I am doing local development on wampserver.
Please check the screenshot. It’s PHP 8.2.13. I didn’t modify max input vars, and changed max execution time to 3000. I didn’t feel the load speed change however

    Hello, Rhett,

We hope this message finds you well. We would like to recommend that you consider downgrading your PHP version to 8.1. We have observed that not all plugins are compatible with the current version you are using. Downgrading will ensure better stability and functionality of your system.

Our theme is speed-optimized. However, it is important to note that the overall speed of your website is not solely dependent on the theme you use, but also on your server settings, the images you use, and any third-party plugins you may have installed. We recommend that you read the following article for more information on how to speed up your website: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Warm Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
