    Hello zaid,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

    – Please try to click here – https://prnt.sc/7-Cl4GvLpgeY

    – What value of “PHP max input vars:” do you see in WooCommerce (you need to Install woocommerce plugin) > Status?

    Hey,

I have clicked check again several time before i even email you guys, this is very basic, and the value never changed !!!!
you mentioned woocommerce php max input vars , I don’t quite understand what do you mean by that , I can’t find any php max bars in woocommerce plugin, and what does Xstore has to do with woocommerce ?

I am updating the value within php configuration in the control panel and xstore still sees the old value , so ??

    Hello zaid,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

You did not provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can not check the situation on your site.

“and the value never changed” – contact your hosting provider and ask to fix it.

“you mentioned woocommerce php max input vars , I don’t quite understand what do you mean by that , I can’t find any php max bars in woocommerce plugin, and what does Xstore has to do with woocommerce ?” – WooComerce > Status > PHP max input vars, example – https://prnt.sc/sIEpYVa4nKA4

“I am updating the value within php configuration in the control panel and xstore still sees the old value , so ??” – if our theme and WooCommerce detect the same value, it means your hosting provider should help you because your actions did not update the value.
