Mega Menu Disturb on Home Page pl. resolve

Mega Menu display Disturb on Home Page but on click any product page menu display normal view. pl. tell me how can resolve this.

Hello,

Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off. Activate mentioned options once all changes to the header/footer will be done.

We set all this to off
Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Ajax Loading, Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources > Off.

But Problem remain same

Hello,

1/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
2/ If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
wp-admin access: Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
