Mega menu does not show in the bottom Header

Hi
I have a problem with my mega menu when I use the all department menu in the top header or the main header it works will but when I put it in the bottom header it appears in the area of the menu itself not beside the menu as a mega menu in usual so How can I use the mega menu in the bottom header as the demo website like this

Please provide temporary wp-admin access. Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

A part of the demo content custom CSS code was deleted. We will change the import file, to prevent this problem.
