Mega Menu not Opening on Hover in Main Navigation

    I have an issue with the mega menu not displaying correctly on my site. I have selected a mega menu template. then I have gone to Appearance>Menus and added the mega menu as a child to the “store” navigation to my “main menu”.

    When I check this on the site I am simply shown a dropdown, shown in the attached screenshot.

    When I click this, it opens the mega menu in a separate page, rather than displaying as a dropdown when hovered over.

    Any pointers?
