Mega menu not visible with blocks the content is all white

Hello,
i have problems with megamenu.
When I click it on menu all departements the window opens but it is white without the content of the block.

Hello,

Go to Theme options > Header builder > All departments > Select The Menu then Publish changes. Clear cache and check the result.

Hello,
i ran but it doesn’t work, the block boxes are white with no content.
Instead while editing a page with elementor I noticed that it works. That is, you see the content

if possible i can send a screenshot

Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in now. Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
In settings of menu you can set Mega menu container width – https://prnt.sc/26w5z4o If this is not what you are looking for, provide access so we can take a closer look. Also, describe the desired result in more detail.

Hello,
the problem was just the width.
I didn’t know where to correct and change the width. Then I read the tutorial and corrected the width.
Can you confirm that I have corrected the width correctly?
I have no other requests.
