Megamenu error – menu gets closed while hovering

When I move the cursor from the top navigation menu to the items listed in the mega menu, the mega menu auto closes. This issue is mainly while on the inner page and not the homepage. The users are therefore not able to click on the items in the mega menu. Please help solve this quickly.
