Menu bar sometime disappear when scroll down.

I have created a scroll down slider page. When I scroll down the page. The menu sometime disappear. Please help.

In your video. You can see the transparent menu bar is cover on the slide. I would like to start moving effect before the menu bar cover on the slide.
