Hey guys,
I’m trying to get my menu right but, when I add a particular category “sale” it goes a little pear shaped. For example: If I add Sale to the bottom of the menu, click save, it then unticks the menu location and deletes the sale menu item?
I’ve noted that the problems seems to occure when I add custom menu links, which I do need to use.
I have almost all plugins switched off at present too.
Login etc in PM
Thanks
Pete
Hello,
As I see you didn’t select any menu. See sreenshot: http://prntscr.com/8mvgaf
Please provide us with screenshot for our better understanding and highlight what exactly you mean.

Thats not my site on your screen shot?
You will need to login to the admin, add the Sales Category to the menu and save, you will notice it will not let you save the Sales category, it just doens’t work and untickes the Menu Settings for location.
Hello,
Sorry, but I don’t see the ‘Sales’ Category there.
Also I’ve selected this menu as main menu.

Hi Robert,
Thats the issues, if you add the Sales Category and save the menu, it just doesn’t save. Very odd.
Hello,
Do you made some changes? I’ve just check and Sale Category is appeared now.

It turns out, there is a limit to the number of menu items you can have. Was corrected at the host end.
Thanks
