Hi there
I’m having an issue with the main menu columns not aligning.
When I hover over the menu items, the columns appear but they appear above the entire menu. It is not appearing below the menu like it does in the demos.
Hello,
Please read more here how to create menu and submenu.

Robert –I have followed these instructions as well as followed the video tutorial. Anything else besides this that is contingent on the column menu? I have also attached all the private information you would need to speed things along.
Hello,
I’ve checked your site and haven’t found any issues:
Are still experiencing the problem?
Does it persist in all browsers?
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva
Yes I am still having the issue in chrome on my site but not in the demo
Hello,
I’ve checked your site in Chrome browser too and haven’t seen such problem.
What Chrome version are you using? Try to update it.
Is it fine in some other browser, Firefox, for example?
Thank you.

I’m using Version 37.0.2062.124 m for Chrome. I’ve check in IE too, same issue there.
I do not believe it is a browser issue as the Demo works but my site does not. What should be my next step?
Hello,
The reason is you have too high columns in the menu, that’s why when they reach bottom border of a browser, they go upper automatically, so a user will be able to view all submenu content.
As we can see on your screenshot, your browser isn’t opened for full height, what is causing the issue. In this case we can suggest you to divide the current columns to several shorter ones.
Thank you.

Yes! I discovered that shortly before your response. I think the maximum items 6 or 7.
Hello,
Yes, 6 items per column will be enough.
