Menu dropdown dont work anymore - by gewoonbovenaan

Somehow the dropdown of the menu dont work anymore. At toepassingen it should drop down but it doesnt. also i can not update massive addons and wp bakery. tried via FTP but without success. Can u pls check why?

Hello,

Please try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check the menu then. Also, try to temporary disable Menu cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Did you follow our documentation to update the required plugins?https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Try to update plugins in next way:
Disable both plugins via the Dashboard > Plugins and delete them, then go to Appearance > Install Plugins and install latest versions of plugins.

Thanks for your reply, i did all the steps u told me but unfortunately the drop down still wont work.. very strange. could u please login and check? the updates worked how u told. thanks for that,

Hello,

Seems problem was related to old CSS styles that were cached by the WP Rocket plugin http://prntscr.com/lweoi9 Once we cleared the cache everything is ok with the drop-down.
