Menu hamburger doesn’t work on mobile after clearing cache

    I have a problem with the menu on the mobile when i click on the hamburger icon it’s not opening the menu on the mobile i’ve tried to clear the cache but the problem is not resolved please can you resolve the problem for me here is my wp logins

    Hello @hagenum,

    We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking to see if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations, so that we can investigate and provide assistance.

    Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    I disabled all plugins and cleared all cache and still have the same problem.

    Open it on a private tab and try with the email and the password it’s working correctly i ve tested it right now

    Hello, Hagenum.

    To be able to assist you we need the correct wp-admin access: username and password.
    Also, we need correct FTP access: FTP Host, FTP username, FTP pass, and FTP port.
    If you are unsure of how to create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider. They will be able to assist you with the necessary steps.
