Menu images are missing for mega menu. - by venkat

Hi,

First of all i love this theme.
i have a problem with menu, when i am adding menu images they are visible when i am logged in as admin. but when i log out of admin menu images are not showing.
menu images are not showing when no user is logged in.

Hope you can help us.

Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in Private Content.

Thanks for your prompt response. Last night i deleted the existing menu and re created it. still i am having same problem.

Hello,

We can’t log in to wp-admin panel. Please check the credentials.
Also I’ve checked your menu and images are shown:

Some time it is showing images some times not… can you please check once.

Hello,

Please update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

After that check the menu.

Thanks for your reply,

we updated plugins list. still menu images are not showing.
Some times what happens is the images show up the first time only.
Refresh a couple of times images are not showing.

Hi,

I have a doubt…
I loved Royal theme.
I want to purchase another copy to use in another website.
After purchase how i need to activate it.
Because i am already started developing website with theme files i have with first purchase.
last night i tried to purchase it but i didn’t found where to add purchase code.
Clarify asap.
