Apprently i update the xstore and afterwards ran advanced db cleaner, upon checking i saw my menus has been dissappeard. When i tried to locate it in Appearance> Menus

It occurs to me that i see this error “Your theme does not natively support menus, but you can use them in sidebars by adding a “Navigation Menu” widget on the Widgets screen.”

When i tired to create a new Menu i am seeing another error “Could not insert term taxonomy into the database.”

Maybe something is removed by advanced db cleaner.

I have attached temp login to take alook.

    Hello, Razr1911,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

“Your theme does not natively support menus” – this notice can be ignored. Our theme incorporates a Header Builder feature that enables you to position menus anywhere within the header. As such, there are no settings for ‘Manage Menu Locations’.

“Could not insert term taxonomy into the database.” – we recommend addressing this issue with your hosting provider, WordPress support, Advanced DB Cleaner support, as it is not related to our theme.
Alternatively, if you have access to a backup, restoring from a point before the problem arose could also be a quick fix.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
