Hi. Yesterday I updated the Xcore plugin and the theme. Since then I have the desktop and mobile menus messed up. It shows both menus together in both devices.
Please I need an answer ASAP, my client has just lunched the site a few days ago.
PD: I´ve had installed the AMP plugin and then deactivated and deleted it. Is it possible that the problem has to do with it?
Hello,
Provide WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue.
Regards
Ok. I dont have FTP access right now. If needed i can ask for it.
Thx! The menu disposition issue has been solved. Now, theres seems to be a problem with a carrousel that doesnt show like before.
Hello,
Check now.
Regards
Nope. It doesn´t display the images in the set size. They all have the same size and the same configuration but they´re not displaying right. In fact, there are some images in the back of the flipbox that doesn´t show.
Hello,
Here is what we can see – https://gyazo.com/1fe195b6e42d14bd2db397b233a6cde1
What exactly is wrong and how should be changed?
Regards
Hi!
Well, first, all the images are in the same size (clearly in the pic that you sent me they´re not, in fact, many images are cut).
The image in the front should also be in the background of the flipbox with the same size.
The text frame has to be centered.
For example, the image in the middle (“Torre de aprendizaje”) is ok in images front and back, but the text frame is not.
By the way, can i update the theme and core plugin to 8.0.2 and 4.0.2 without having new issues?
Hello,
Point is that issue is related to Massive addons update and changes that they made. We have contacted them https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?page=117&filter=all#comment_26860161 but get no answer. We tried to fix it using custom styles but it does not help a lot because requires changes from the plugin author site. So, unfortunately, we can do nothing with this.
Regards
Ok. I´ll see what i can do, thanks anyway.
Hello,
You are welcome.
