Hi there,
I have been trying to change the font size of the main menu by using Content Zoom, it works when in preview, but when I save/publish and clear cache etc the size doesn’t actually change. Or sometimes it looks like its changed on some pages e.g. homepage but not on categories or product pages.
Can you please help fix this? Website details provided in private area.
Thank you
Hello, @fnhc,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
We are pleased to inform you that the issue you reported has been successfully resolved. To ensure that the changes are reflected on your end, please clear your browser’s cache and then revisit your site.
As part of the resolution process, we have disabled the menu cache and static block cache options located under XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. This adjustment has addressed the problem effectively.
For your reference, we have included a screenshot in the private content area of our correspondence.
Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I have cleared cache and tested many times from different laptops and still facing the same issue as you can see in the video.
Ideally I want this to be size 90 as shown on image attached. But it goes way too big, and doesn’t stay the same on all pages.
Hello, @fnhc,
Thank you for providing the video.
Upon reviewing your website, we have noticed that you are utilizing a Content Delivery Network (CDN), which appears to be causing caching issues. We kindly recommend that you clear the cache from the CDN and access your site using a fresh browser to see if the issue persists. For your reference, please view the image provided in the private content area:
Additionally, we observed that the header menus displays correctly in the customizer on your site, which further suggests that the problem may be related to caching. You can view the discrepancy in the image in private content area.
If the changes appear correctly in the Customizer but not on the live site, it is likely a cache issue. Ensuring that it functions correctly in the Customizer should reflect the same on the front end.
2/ Please update the Xstore theme and XStore core plugin to their latest version on your site.

We trust that addressing these points will resolve the issues you are experiencing. Should you require further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Thank you for getting back to me.
Please see attached screen recording to show direct access to server bypassing any content delivery networks, with browser caching disabled and no server-side cache of static files.
Also note different CSS file loaded for products vs rest of the areas of the website.
Hello, @fnhc,
Thank you for your response.
We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Should the issue continue, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow us permission to debug your site (provide temporary wp-admin access). This includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to investigate and assist you more effectively.
Please ensure that you have a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
