menu item choose not click show too quickly

you can see can not click the next layer menu if you scroll to middle of the page

if not scroll it looks well
how to fix it

Please try to use the next custom CSS code:

.fixed-header-area .menu > li > a:before { width: 100%; height: 30px !important; display: block; position: absolute; top: unset; bottom: -100%; }
