I’ve begun creating a custom menu. However, I’ve suddenly reached a point where if I add new menu content, the latest entry disappears and my sites menu location settings reset back to default.
Hello,
Please check if the same issue persists with default WordPress theme.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
So you want me to deactive woopress, and active WP default theme?
Hello,
you are right. Please temporary deactivate our theme and activate any from default wordpress themes and check how will your problem appear. Than please let us know results.
Regards,
Stan Russell.
Default theme activated, new menu content added. Problem resolved. Therefore, it’s a theme related issue. Please help! Spent 2-days trying to resolve this.
Hello,
Please ask your host to increase memory_limit value and after that check the menu.
If the problem still persists provide us with FTP credentials.
Thank you.

Hello,
Unfortunately we can’t check php information of your site as it’s restricted by your server configuration.
Could you please specify what value was set for memory_limit function?
Also please ask your host to enable possibility to check php info.
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
you couldnt check the php info because the code string that you used wasnt formated properly. Ive edited info.php and you can now view PHP information for my server, here https://momiamultisport.com/info.php
memory_limit is set at 128M
