Menu no funciona bien - by yosoyese - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello !, I have a problem in the menu of my template. When I pass the mouse over, the underline is not activated until the mouse is moved out of the letters of the menu. In the fixed if it works when the mouse is placed over the text of the menu link.

    2. Please add this code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom css:

    Ok, the problem of not being able to add items to the menu was fixed by itself. The other problem, the one that does not work, the link of each element of the menu is still not fixed. When you want to click you have to point outside the letters of the link and it is a nuisance.

    The code does not work and I have inserted it in the CUSTOM CSS

    The funny thing is that when you scroll on the screen and the fixed menu appears, there you can click right and if the menu works perfectly, but when it appears normal, the focus of the link appears very high

    Cleared cache, cookies, etc and nothing. I’ve reviewed it in 3 different browsers and in two different places with up to 4 different computers and nothing, it’s still the same, the menu so that the focus of the mouse is activated you have to get out of the letters. It does not work. And as I repeat, in the fixed menu if it works.

    Hello,

    Provide us FTP access, please, to check what is the reason of this issue.
    Translation files should be placed in wp-content/languages folder, make sure that you uploaded them into this folder.

    Hello,

    As I have told you translation files should be placed in wp-content/languages or wp-content/languages/themes folder. You have placed files into wp-content/themes/xstore/languages folder that’s why it did not work.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, this VC element is created for pages/posts/products only and can’t be used in Static Block to use in footer.
    If you want to show images in footer you can try Grid Anything Massive Addons element http://prntscr.com/idodyw

    Hello,

    These strings should be available in xstore translation. Likely you simply need to synchronize translation files. Button Sync (Loco Translate plugin http://prntscr.com/glemdq) allows you to synchronize your translation file with updated pot file. It means if we made any changes in template files that may affect transaltion or we added new string for the translation and you updated theme you need to synchronize your translation with updated files. Only after synchronization you’ll be able to translate new strings or strings that were changed.
    If the problem won’t be solved even after synchronization, just let us know.

    Hi Rose, I’ve synchronized Loco Translate and nothing. The funny thing is that when I search for the string “Products found” or “posts found” or “view all”, it does not detect them in any of the files of Loco TRanslate, in any place, it’s as if it did not exist. When you do a search on the web with the magnifying glass, if they appear.

    It was a strange issue, that was solved once I regenerated .pot file using Poedit plugin. As a rule, the synchronization solved problems with translation.
