Hi,
For some reason the menu will not update when i make changes unless I enable a standard theme. ANy ideas what can be wrong.
Hello,
If you have a lot of menu items and can’t save changes then you need to increase PHP Max Input Vars. By default it is 1000, try to set 5000 or 8000 for example http://sevenspark.com/wordpress/menu-item-limit

Thanks, where will I apply this setting, at server level or within site settings file?
This is related to server configuration, so it would be better to contact your hosting provider.

Hi,
We have done this and yet still no luck, I have tested this with a default theme and it works so it cannot be this as the same menu items is active on both. I assume of course.
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

Sure..
Hello,
Please contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase the following PHP settings:
– post_max_size to 64M;
– upload_max_filesize to 64M;
– PHP max input vars to 10000.
Also, delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ and upload new “woocommerce” folder from theme archive of current theme version.
Note that before uploading theme files you need to delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/legenda/ to avoid problems with old files.

Thank you for your help….will do as you suggest..
Still no luck…. 🙁

Note that you can’t set Column width – 0 http://prntscr.com/g8n3y4.

HI,
I am not seeing what you see, when I look they are all left blank with no value.
Yes, I’ve deleted “0” and now you can save the menu. Please check.

Perfect, thank you, I have no idea how that zero appeared there, very odd, I can only assume the website owner added it by error. I even changed the type of menu to try and resolve this…thank you so much for your time.
You’re welcome!
