Seems you made changes in template files and it caused your problem. Header structure was changed:
you have http://prntscr.com/frw3c9
Should be http://prntscr.com/frw2ww
You should not change theme source files. Use child theme if you need to change files.
When I tried native files of new theme version, everything works fine http://prntscr.com/frw25e

Every simple page has 8theme Layout options where you can choose custom logo for the page, sidebar positions etc and also choose “Header overlap the content” if you want to cover the content. You don’t need to do any changes in template files for this, just enable the option in page settings.

i think I have a similar issue, but don’t think I have changed the template files.
I just uploaded latest version of the template today. However, the mobile menu was not working.
I have a menu attached the mobile settings.

Your problem caused by the error in console. Please, provide me correct WP access to check the plugins that you use. Very likely one of them caused this issue.
