Aloha,
For no apparent reason my website goes wonky on our iPad, with the drop down menus becoming unaccessible, the front page slideshow disappearing, the image galleries disappearing in portfolios and the product images disappearing from the product pages. This becomes a problem since I am sharing the site with clients via the iPad in our showroom, plus I don’t want others unable to navigate our site if they are having similar issues.
I thought originally it was due to update issues with the iPad, and would follow up with your updates, but it comes and goes. Some days it works just fine, others not.
Any suggestions on a permanent fix?

Thank you for your help. The info is below.
Hello,
Please add this code in custom.css file to fix the issue with drop-down menu:
@media (max-width: 980px) { .main-nav .menu > li .nav-sublist-dropdown {
top: 50% !important;
}}
As I see slider is working fine and slides and images are shown.
Please update the required plugins to the latest versions:

Mahalo for the code, but it didn’t solve the problem. It only happens on the iPad. Sometimes it works just like it does on the computer, drop downs, slideshow, product images and all, and other times all the above quits working. Restarting doesn’t solve it. And occasionally, it starts working, or quits working after being plugged in all night.
Hello,
Sorry, but we aren’t experiencing the issue you described.
Please update the required plugins and check your site again.

Hi, I was experiencing similar issues to you on ipads with intermittent loading of the Rev Slider, menu and images etc.
The clue was in the fact that it was intermittent. I turned my Rev Slider transition from “Random Premium and Flat” to none (just the background slide) and it fixed the problem.
Some of the Rev Slider transitions seem to be a bit heavy for iOS, now it works fine for iphones and ipads every time.
Hope this helps!
