Menu Structure issue, how to customize the 8 theme Category Option

Dear Team,

I am now rearranging the menu structure, however, may i know how to customize the 8 theme Category Option Menu “Toy and Vessel”, is it a page generate by the default theme? As i could not find it in the page, as i want to customize this menu.
