Hi folks,
I have a site using the Blanco template and I have noticed what appears to be a bug.
If you view a site with the Blanco theme on a tablet in landscape (giving a width of 1280px), the main menu is used (not the responsive menu). As a result, when an item on the top menu is clicked to display the dropdown, it displays this but also activates the <href> in the top menu item being clicked, immediately taking the user to that page.
This issue can actually be recreated on the Blanco live preview site…

Any ideas about a workaround for this? It does seem like an obvious bug? I would guess an obvious fix would be to include a JS script that detects the user agent and forces the responsive menu regardless?
Thanks in advanace.
* – mistake in thread title… “portrait” should be “landscape”.
Hello,
Unfortunately there is no way to change menu work on a tablet. Sorry. You can use custom link and don’t put URL for the link for the parent menu item.
Sorry for inconveniences.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
