Hi ,
I am facing issue with Menu Toggle in mobile is not opening .
Hello, @Sumit,
We kindly ask that you navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization and set Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Theme Static Resources to OFF. Afterward, please clear the cache and check the result of your changes.
We would recommend you disable Mobile Optimization in Theme Options > General. Clear the cache and check the menu from mobile then.
If the issue still persists, we request that you provide us with the URL and temporary access to the wp-admin of your website. This will enable us to take a closer look at your settings and provide you with a more accurate and specific solution.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with an administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.
Please let us know once you have completed these steps, and we will promptly review your account information and provide assistance as soon as possible.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
I followed the settings as per suggestions, but still not working
Hello, @Sumit,
Thank you for your response.
We recommend disabling any third-party plugins (including caching plugins) that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission for us to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site customizations. This will allow us to investigate and provide assistance accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Best regards,

Hello, @Sumit,
1. We have conducted a review of your website and have determined that the mobile menu is now functioning correctly on mobile devices.
2. You can select the type of notification that will be displayed when a product is added to the cart. To do so, please navigate to XStore > Theme Options > Woocommerce > Shop > Shop Page Layout, scroll down and select Product Added Notification, then publish it.

Hi, sorry ,sending again
Hello, Sumit,
In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling ALL third-party plugins (including cache plugins and Elementor Pro) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one or a few of the additional plugins is causing the problem.
Let us know the result of this test.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
