Al usar mercadopago como pasarrela de pago cada cierto tiempo sale un error en ocasiones normal pero mayormente el error. Ya probamos cambiando a otro template y con otro template funciona y no tiene este problema.

We recommend that you navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and turn OFF the Advanced Layout. After saving the changes and clearing the browser cache, please check your site again. We believe this should resolve your issue.
