Hello,
I am randomly getting a message on the website which says:
“Selected static block was removed or unpublished”
The message is on the top section of the website.
Domain name in PCA.
This happened after I updated the plugin version from 8.3.7 to 8.3.8
Thanks for your help!

Hello Tony,
Ahh, sorry for that not sure how that happened lol.
I appreciate the assistance for this.
I also wanted to know, is this the same place in where I can add the top section as shown in the demo?
Demo; https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02
I believe the top banner said “sale up to 50% off”
Is there a certain size of which the banner has to be?
Thanks!
Hello, @TFS,
Yes, it is the same place, from there you can add the top section as shown in the demo. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/nshCnhD and https://ibb.co/CVZ6z5y
And there is no option to change the size, but you can change using the Custom CSS as per your requirements.

Hello Tony,
Thanks!
I have chose many images such as 1920x100px
then 1920x200px
But there is always some white space on top of the image no matter what size of the image I choose.
How can I remove the white space which appears?
Details on the PCA
Thanks for your help 🙂
Hello, @TFS,
Your issue is resolved now, please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. I have just removed aligncenter class in the block. See the image for a better reference under the private content area.

Hello Tony,
Thanks!
One more question.
I checked the website on a bigger screen computer and the image gets cut, I am guessing because its a 1920px in width.
Is there any way for the image to show as full length/stretched on larger screens by default? Or will I have to change the size of the image for it etc
Hello, @TFS,
Could you please share the screenshot of the issue, Which image gets cut and on which resolution, so that I will check it for you on your site and help you out accordingly?
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello Tony,
Please see the PCA.
Thanks!
Hello, @TFS,
Most 27-inch monitors either have a 4k or 1440p resolution, which both result in good text clarity, but there are a few cheaper ones with a 1080p resolution.
So I checked your site on the 1440px screen and it is working perfectly fine and none of the parts are cut Off. Please check the screenshot under the private content area:
So it is surely the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the cache and check back.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello Tony,
Thanks!
So just to be clear; if I make the resolution 1920×1080
This image will only fit perfectly on the respective screens, BUT if I view it on a higher resolution it will not show perfectly because the resolution of the image doesn’t match the screen etc.
Thanks!
Hello, @TFS,
No that is not the case, it should have worked properly, but sometimes because of very large resolutions, it happens, so in that case, you have to upload the large-size images and try with it, Otherwise, the only option will be the Custom CSS.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello Tony,
Thanks!
Is there any custom code that can be added? so that the image gets the same size no matter what the resolution is?
Appreciate your feedback
Hello, @TFS,
First of all, please share the screenshot of the image which is cutting off for you at your end, then I will be able to check and assist you accordingly, if possible.
