After completing an order with credit card payment, the Thankyou Page is shown and the phrase “This post is password protected. Enter the password to view the comments” appears at the bottom.

It is possible to remove this message ?

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @CABER,

The message “This post is password protected. Enter the password to view the comments” is typically associated with WordPress and is not directly related to the payment gateway (Nexi) you are using. This message is commonly displayed on password-protected posts or pages, and it seems like there might be a misconfiguration or an issue with your WordPress settings.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially remove this message:

    1/ Check Post/Page Password Protection:
Ensure that the post or page associated with the Thank You page is not password-protected. In WordPress, when editing the page, look for the “Visibility” option on the right side and make sure it is set to “Public.”

    2/ Check Plugins:
If you have any security or comment-related plugins installed, review their settings to ensure they are not causing the issue. Disable plugins one by one and check if the message disappears to identify the culprit.

If you are unable to find a solution through these steps, you may need to contact your plugin support and ask them to fix this, It is independen of our theme. You can also test with the default WordPress theme (storefront). Once the issue is resolved with the default WordPress theme then it is auto fix with our theme. It’s important to make any changes carefully and have a backup of your site before making significant modifications.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
