Hello,

my site is shininglightisrael.com

on every page from Hot free deals and on… i get this Meta and Archives on the side bar and we cannot remove them.

i read on the forum it’s a glitch but for the Blanco, how exactly my admin guy will remove it? please help asap he is leaving today for 3 days.

I’ve changed template to “One column, no sidebar” in page editor http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0324/h_1458829224_5626058_d609f50768.png .

Hi Eva,

I see on the Hot free deals page you removed the side bar completely,
but i do need a side bar there and i want to put a few images on the side bar. Can you add a side bar for me? without the meta and archives of course. The Blanco has a side bar and that’s what i want.

i need the side bar on all these pages:

Hello,

I’ve put default template back.
This is default WordPress sidebar and to overwrite it you need add needed widgets to “Primary Widget Area” in Appearance > Widgets.
Please try it.

look at that page again, you have put a Search box in there now..

please remove that search box…

the search box is on the rest of the pages i mentioned too..

Hello,

As I told you the widgets “Search form”, “Archives”, “Meta” are default widgets that are loaded from sidebar “Primary Widget Area” in Appearance > Widgets. You won’t see them in sidebar in admin panel, but they are implemented in WordPress by default. They are not related to our theme.
If you want to add other content in sidebar you need add any widgets to Primary Widget Area as shown on the screenshot http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0324/h_1458833542_1052626_ad6d48b908.png .
If you need to add some images you can use Text widget and write code for images there.

Thanks Eva for clarifying. I will give it to my admin guy.

by the Meta and Archives were there before, but the search box came on after you removed and put back the code…

but what you clarified for me i guess would handle that.
