I have used LitExtension to migrate my customer orders and information from my Ecwid account to my WooCommerce account. After the migration, all of the pages display as the customer order list. When I look at the backend, it all seems ok but the frontend isn’t. The url appears correctly but the page doesn’t. I had to use a plugin to do the migration but I’ve disabled it.
Could you please have a look & tell me what’s wrong? Login in the Private content.

Hi Jack,
OK, I’ve done a bit more troubleshooting and found the following:
When I am logged into WP, either with my usual login or the one I use for tech support, the display is a list of customer orders (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0Hg-Ud-7BoaTVFtYXN3RVA4VHc/view?usp=drivesdk). If I log out & refresh, display is normal.
In both cases (logged in or out), I can access the product categories by the MegaMenu. If I am logged in, when I try to go to the cart or checkout, I get the customer order list again. If I am logged out, I can access the cart & checkout as normal. Also in both cases, if I try to access the Shop tab, it returns a blank page.
I hope that this will help with the diagnosis.
Hello,
The problem is related to “WooCommerce Order Search” plugin. Deactivate it and check the site.
As for Shop page please provide FTP credentials.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
OK, I deactivated the plug-in & you’re right, it works properly again. For the Shop page, FTP credentials are in the Private Content.
Hello,
FTP credentials are incorrect.
Please check them.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Please try the new info in Private Content.
Hello,
Problem with blank page on shop was caused by folder called shop
which is located in your site root directory. I’ve renamed it to shop_
and now all is ok. Please clear browser cache and check the site.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
That seems to have sorted the issues. Please close the ticket. Thanks for your help!
