Migration Issues for Shop Pages and Product Pages

    Hello there,

    I am trying to migrate my website theme to new live site from stage. I have transferred the templates successfully by exporting from stage site but it’s not showing and working as it’s in the stage environment. Can you guys please help me urgently as my live site is down and which is causing trouble for my users.

    I have attached credentials of both sites. Please make sure you don’t make any changes in live site related to woocommerce as there are recurring subscriptions running in my live site.

    Hello team,

    I figured out the problem. Actually I have not assigned the instance in theme builder that’s why the problem was there.
    Once I have did the changes it’s working fine.

    Hello I found Another issue with image slider lightbox in single product page where light box once opening the image on close it’s keep opened.

    Hello Rose,

    Thanks for the faster resolution. It worked like a charm.
    I need help in other problem which I am facing is with the page loading.
    I have attached the video URL for you reference. If you see it’s taking too much time to load the products and sidebar content on the shop page. I am using a powerful server for my site. So is there any setting I have to change for loading it instantly?

    Additionally, there are too many font requests loading on the shop page, which may affect your website’s speed. To optimize this, we recommend downloading Google Fonts directly to your website. You can do this using the following plugin:

    Hello

    Thanks for the reply,

    Actually the issue i am reporting is delayed loading of elements. Not the images. And I don’t think only 3 high size images can make site slower as it is right now.
    If you checkout the video, you will find the page loading is completed but the shop list and sidebar is being loaded after the page load. Which means eighter it’s calling ajax or loading it deferred. I want to load it instantly with the page load.

    And i am already using imagify plugin to optimise images. Which also lazy load images. So once content is loaded after that if image loading takes a time. It’s okay for me.

    We suspect that the issue may be related to WP-Rocket.

    Could you kindly disable all caching plugins and check again? Please let us know if the issue persists.

    Hello there,

    I have tried to disable the caching plugins and check if the issue has been resolved or not. But still I am experiencing the speed issue. and the delayed loading issue of shop elements.
