Hello, I have installed the Min/Max quantities plugin on my new website with XStore theme. On my old site it works perfectly, on this new site it does not work. Might it be that your theme does not take this plugin into account?

Hello,

We do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins.

I understand that, but I am not a developer, so it might be difficult for me to change anything in the code… Min/Max quantities is something I absolutely need in my store., any suggestions on plugins you know that are compatible with your theme?

Hello,

We did not test such plugins officially with our theme, but you can try the next plugins –
http://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-min-max-quantity-limit/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/minmax-quantity-for-woocommerce/
https://woocommerce.com/products/minmax-quantities/
If every one of these plugins doesn’t work, select 1 of them and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you from our side.

Sorry to bother you. I facening the same problem in my web site. All ready I try to use several plugins to add min and max option to my product but all of them didnt work properly. Any solution? I have another web site wit another theme and is work prefectly. Thanks in advance.

Hello Dekorcasa,

Try to disable Ajax add to cart via Theme Options and check how it works then.
If this doesn’t help, submit a new topic – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ , provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, we will check what can be done to help you.
