Mini Account Menu won’t show if user is on my-account page

Dear support-team,

if a user is on the my-account page, the mini account view won’t show any more. It only shows on every other page. Is there a way to show it also on the my account page?

Hello,

It was disabled because info from that window already are in the content of the page.
Sorry, but there is no option to enable it.

Where can i find the source code of this so i may could solve the problem on my own? Or isnt it even possible to do it that way?

Please provide URL of your site, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access via the Private Content area.

Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.
ftp access: If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.
