When you add a product to the cart (when a product variation is selected with a different price than the standard product) the mini cart shows an incorrect total price.

Can you help fix this please?

    Hello,

Mini cart displays price inc. vat for the product even when we enabled Storefront http://prntscr.com/mojmtv Also, it displays the double price if we add 2 products to cart http://prntscr.com/mojyc2
Problem is caused by WooCommerce Tax Toggle. Contact plugin author to fix the issue because when plugin is disabled with Storefront and our theme everything is ok https://gyazo.com/7ec1cafcfc2e8d1220b1967ba7edf4b0

    Hi Olga,

Tax toggle shouldn’t affect the mini cart price, I commented out the minicart aspect.

I did some testing, and the minicart price appears to be incorrect even with the Woocommerce Tax Toggle plugin disabled: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vw720rxq150gtug/2.png?dl=0

So I don’t think it relates to that plugin?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Remove the items from the cart before disabling the plugin because in another case you see the cached version. Disable plugin and try to add the product to empty cart, check the mini cart after that. Look, the same situation happens even with the default theme and I have checked both themes when the plugin is deactivated. It works fine.
If you don’t believe me then go to Appearance > Themes > enable Storefront and add the product to empty cart.

Plugin causes issue not just with tax price but with price if you add 2 or more products to cart. Are you plugin developer?

We can provide support for issues related strictly to our theme. We are not responsible for the third-party plugins.

    Hi Olga,

I made some edits to the Tax Toggle plugin.
I also cleared the cart and re-added the products (I didn’t realise that it cached).

All seems to be OK now! https://www.dropbox.com/s/g4b9jlj8dcc3dm7/Untitled.png?dl=0

Olga is it possible to show the products we pick as ‘cross sells’ below the product description on product pages?
Currently it shows ‘Related Products’ but often these aren’t related other than the fact they share a category. We’d prefer to show the cross sell products, or if there aren’t any, don’t show anything.

    Hello,

In this case, you need to set Up-Sells products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ then go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Page Layout > Location of upsell products > After content. Disable related products in Theme Options > Single Product Page > Related Products.

Awesome, thanks! Can we change that from upsells to cross-sells?

There is no such possibility, by default. Up-Sells and Cross-Sells relate to WooCommerce plugin. Please read this article – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/

    Sorry for confusion.

The 8theme option to show the Upsells below product info is exactly what we need, except we want it to show the ‘cross sell’ products instead of the ‘upsell’ products.

I’ve set these cross sell products up in the item page.

Can we make an edit to the child theme to make it show cross sell instead of upsell?

Cross-sells are products that you promote in the cart, based on the current product. Maybe you will be able to achieve the desired result via additional customization, but it is not included in our basic support.
If you need help with additional customization, contact Codeable team – https://codeable.io/?ref=qGTdX
