Mini-cart polylang does not work properly

    I am using the Polylang plugin for two languages on my website. The menu and other elements are translated correctly when switching languages. However, the mini-cart does not work properly. I contacted Polylang support, and they advised me to reach out to the theme developers to enable multilingual functionality for the mini-cart so that it updates when the language changes. The same issue applies to the panel menu; I made it invisible when English is selected because it does not support multilingual functionality. The panel menu is less important to me, but it is crucial that the mini-cart supports multilingual functionality.

    Could you provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

    To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

    For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    For security reasons, I am unable to grant you access to FTP or the admin panel. If you could provide instructions on how to modify the files to achieve language changes using Polylang for these parts of the website, I would greatly appreciate it. I have successfully managed to make the mobile menu, desktop menu, and other parts of the website display bilingually. However, I am having issues with the Mini-cart and panel menu sections.

    Thank you for your understanding, and I hope we can find an alternative approach to solving this issue that does not involve sharing a new FTP account or creating a new admin user.

    Unfortunately, without access, we are unable to assist you as the issue cannot be reproduced on our end. The problem might be caused by a third-party plugin, specific configuration settings, or a type of cache.

    We kindly suggest creating a staging site and providing us with access to it.
