I dint get your point. if issue is in your server, how can our hosting provider will be able to resolve this issue?

That’s why i contact you, hosting provider saying everything is ok for their side, is any specific issue you are getting , so that i may elaborate this issue to hosting provider. or else do you think changing hosting can resolve this issue?
