Minimum quantity and quantity step features

Hello! I tried several plugins to achieve opportunity for setting minimum available quantity for products and “step” for leveraging quantity.
I use “WC Min Max Quantities” now, tried “Min Max Control — Min Max Quantity & Step Control”.
Every time it is problem while adding items with button on the Shop page. It doesn’t add amount, sometimes error occurs that “you can add only recent amount”
