What has happened to the Ship to another address option? I’ve tried all the shipping destination options: Default to customer shipping address, Default to customer billing address, and Force shipping to the customer billing address, but our customers do not have the option to enter a shipping address that’s different from their billing address. This is not a WooCommerce issue, it’s an X-Store theme issue.
How do we restore the Shipping Address fields to the checkout page?

Have you checked the checkout with official WC theme Storefront? Does everything work fine with default WC and problem appears once you enable our theme?
Could you provide me temporary admin panel access to check?

Hi Olga. I was preparing a user account for you, but then decided to do a bit more research and trial-and-error, and I found that I needed to define a Shipping Method before a Shipping Address would display. Makes some sense, now that I think about it. Once I defined a Shipping Zone and added a Shipping Method, the Ship to a different address? checkbox appeared.
