Missing category in mobile menu extra tab

Hello,
There is a missing subcategory which doesn’t appear in the mobile category menu as shown in the screen shots:

Could you provide FTP access also?
If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you.

FTP directory is empty – https://prnt.sc/GKubquXqq7dE
Check the destination folder of our user, or ask your hosting provider for help with this, we need access to your WP installation.

Thanks I have fixed it. Simply I created a new category and deleted that missing one, and it is appearing normally now.
