Missing demo content and dummy content after inslatation

    Hello.

    My theme Store does not properly work. There is many parts missing as the images, menus, icons, etc. No matter what I try nothing happens, for example enable secondary menu.

    Im kindly asking you for help. I have no idea what else to do.

    The PHP info.
    1. PHP Version 7.0.25-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
    2. max_execution_time 240
    3. max_file_uploads 50
    4. memory_limit 512M
    5. upload_max_filesize 128M
    etc. its all in the WP setting – PHP info.

    What have a I done?
    I have installed the XStore theme without any issues with all the plugins and then I have setup the WooCommerce. Then I have Imported the dummy content Electronics. I have also try to deactivated all the plugins but that does nothing. The only think I have not try is total reinstall of theme. Maybe I have missed something in the WooCommerce setting.

    What is the issue?
    Missing content, functions, icons, images, menus, etc. You can compare the demo VS my web, its major difference. If I change the dummy content, nothing happen, even if I change it to the default and then I chose the new one. Sometimes it works importing new demo, but it takes hours or it doesn’t work at all.

    What is the right resolution?
    My web should look like your demo web. At least that’s how it works with my other premium themes.

    Hello,

    1) Don’t know why but Theme Options import was failed. I have imported theme options and all the colors are fine.
    2) Default demo content comes with placeholders.
    3) Secondary menu is not included in demo import but I have created it for you. It uses static blocks to display mega menus http://prntscr.com/io664z
    You can edit the mega menu content by editing the Static blocks http://prntscr.com/io66gb
    4) Let me know what icons are missing?

    Hello.

    I have just check the web and its broken again. Since yesterday I have literally done nothing I didn’t even open the WP and the web broke again. What should I do? I think you have reinstall the theme but it didn’t work?

    So many staff is broken, colors, images, menu, icons, etc.

    Could this be issue with my provider? The PHP server setting is looking to me very fine, all the parameters are much higher than you recommend. You can see it in the WP -> Settings -> PHP

    The web hosting is in free testing version because I didn’t know if its gonna work so I make a deal with the provider that they give me testing webhosting and if its gonna be ok then Im gonna buy my own dedicated webhosting.

    Hello,

    yea you are right. Im looking at the web from another computer and it seems fine as your screenshot. Im gonna check it again tomorow on the original computer. Im guessing it can be issue of the computer.

    I suppose it can be just browser cache. Try to clear it.

    you were right about the browser cache, after cleaning it, its working. Just the web is loading slowly, I guess its my computer.
