    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you provide URL, temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Hello, Mohamed,

We have noticed an issue on your checkout page where the necessary scripts are not being fully loaded, specifically:

    1) etheme
    2) js-cookie

These scripts should be loaded by default. It is possible that some optimization changes were made, which may have inadvertently disabled the loading of these scripts.

Could you kindly check if any such modifications were applied?

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team

We could implement additional checks; however, they would affect all users, including those who do not experience this issue.

    Hello!

All the changes I made, I reversed it, but I still have the same problem.

I understand that it could affect others, but I would like you to find a solution, if possible.

    Thank you!

    Hello, Mohamed,

We have identified the cause of the issue. The CartFlows plugin disables all theme and other plugin scripts on the checkout page, replacing them with its own.

If you deactivate the plugin, the problem will be resolved. We recommend reaching out to the plugin developers and requesting that they exclude the following script from being overridden: etheme (script registration key).

    Best regards,
