    Hi

    Icons off the site have disappeared, all the arrow and social media icons are no longer there. I did reinstall the theme but no luck, then I deactivated W3 Total Cache and icons come back. So, I believe I have to disable or enable something within the W3 Total Cache or am I on the wrong path. Thanks for your help

    Suk

    Hello sukhy2001,

    unfortunately W3 Total Cache plugin is not officially supported by our theme. If you have problems on your site while plugin is enabled, we recommend you to disable it.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    HI

    I can’t disable it otherwise it will slow the site down also within 24 hours of disabling it the database cache will exceed its daily limit (150000) So I don’t have a much of an option.

    Thanks
    Suk

    Hello,

    Try to add this code in .htaccess file for your site:

    <IfModule mod_headers.c>
       Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"
    </IfModule>

    and check icons after that.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    As I see your cache plugin is still active and it occurs difficulties to make any changes while cache is active. So please deactivate it and delete cache folder in wp-content directory on your server. After that notify us to continue investigation.
    Thank you.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    You need to delete the folder “cache” itself in the directory wp-content.

    hi

    Less the 24 hours of enabling the cache plugin the icons have gone missing again. Is there anything in the plugin that can be disabled or something.

    Regards

    Hi

    I deleted the cache as advised and now the site is no longer there. Everytime you go into the site it redirects you the …/wp-admin/install.php page
