    Hello,

    I’m having problem to see icons at the icon box edit screen. All icons seems missing. Screenshot included.

    Hello,

    have you updated Visual composer plugin to latest version?
    It is known bug of our theme and will be fixed in nearest release. Please accept our apologies for inconvenience.

    No, I didn’t. It says you need licence key to get automatic updates. I guess the only way to get rid of this bug is to wait until new theme version, right?

    Hello

    All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them.
    This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us.
    Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated.
    The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need.
    You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
    enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    These messages come with plugins and propose you to buy single plugin license for premium support in case you need it for example with another theme.

    We can hide messages with css in case you need it.

    I am having the same problem of Missing Icons at Icon Box Edit Screen. I have the latest version of the theme (2.10) and the latest update of Visual Composer (4.9.2). I managed to change them but it’s a real hassle and I need the icons to show as well as the ability to upload my own icons. Please advise how I can fix this.

    I didn’t change anything, just checked the mentioned element in Visual Composer editor.

    Well I guess it’s just possessed! There were a number of changes I made such as reverting back to Woocommerce 2.4.13 along with deactivating some old plug-ins and clearing my cache. Perhaps all of that helped to clear it up. Thanks for your patience!
