Missing Images - by ice7 - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello

I am having an issue with images disappearing.

All images added in theme options, or the category images disappear after a few hours.

The images are also missing from the WordPress media, and the uploads folder

What can be done to fix this ?

Hello,

Do you have this issue with images in media library only if our theme is enabled? Our theme can’t affect images from Media library if you did not delete them manually. I think it would be better to ask you hosting provider where are the files from your server.
