Missing product Image in single product.

    The single product is missing, I have try to add product image at Product Single Builder…But I not sure what to add… And I need breadcrumb at each single product page. What should I do ?

    Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

    1/ The problem is caused by Fancy Product Designer plugin. Once we disable this plugin, images are visible on the single product page.

    2/ We added breadcrumbs. Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area.

    I still have the issue

    I need the plugin to be configure , the customer required it. Is there any way you all can help ? Because I been using this plugin for 1 week, why yesterday only have that issue ?

    Hello, Eulice,

    1/ There are Mixed Content errors on your site. Please check the screenshot in the Private Content area, and contact your hosting provider to solve Mixed Content errors.
    2/ You updated WooCommerce, but forget to update the theme. You need to update XStore theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and Core plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    After that clear cache and check the gallery on a single product page.

    If the problem will be not solved still, try to disable all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clear the cache of your browser, and then check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

We would recommend you contact the support team of the plugin and ask about their assistance with it.

    Hi,
    I have follow the step you mention above, unfortunately the issue become more worse…
    Below is the steps I done.
    1. I have deactivate the plugin, reactive again.**** The whole pages crashes after that I have no choice to rollback to my previous change.
    2. I have de-activated the fancy product design plugin.
    3. I have updated the plugin and theme accordingly you mention above
    4. Clear the cache.

    Thank you for your response, but you did not fix Mixed Content errors.

    “I have deactivate the plugin” – do you mean one of plugins? We asked you to deactivate all 3rd party plugins on the site.
    We deactivated mentioned plugins, which fixed the problem, then we activated the plugins one by one. The Pack – the reason for the problem with the gallery. Now The Pack is disabled, please check the Single Product page on your site – https://prnt.sc/lcwjsjsRlt_d , you still need to fix the Mixed Content errors (contact hosting provided about it).
    If you want to use The Pack, contact its support to fix the problem.

    Please note that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
