    Hi,

I saw on other topics that other people are missing the product title and price on the shop page.

You send them a new theme-options.php file.

Could you help me figure out the issue or send me the correct file to upload?

Do you use child theme? Have you made changes in template files?

    Yes, I use child theme.

I didn’t make any changes for this to happen. I just updated the theme recently. That’s it.

    Please help!

    Thanks!

Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins. If this won’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

I did. I did again. It didn’t fix it.

Are you trying any of things you suggest? Do whatever you want on my staging site. I don’t mind. But please don’t ask me to do things, when you have access and can do them yourself. Nothing you suggested has worked.

It’s 1am in Sydney. I’ve stayed up late to work on this. If you figure it out, please let me know what you did, so I can do in the morning on my live/production site.

    Thanks

    Dear @rwlee33,

With parent theme activated on your staging site, the problem doesn’t occur – https://image.prntscr.com/image/KkIoCauFQDm-pflQG_OPrA.png
Looks like some changes in files of child theme caused the problem.

    Regards

There we go. Problem fixed. However, I didn’t make changes to the child theme files. I only updated the parent theme.

Thank you for continuing to troubleshoot.

Looks like, your changes in files caused conflict with the new version of these files in latest theme version. In this case, you just need to compare 2 files https://text-compare.com/ and add the missing code to your child theme file.

    Regards
