Hi,
I saw on other topics that other people are missing the product title and price on the shop page.
You send them a new theme-options.php file.
Could you help me figure out the issue or send me the correct file to upload?
Hello,
Please go to Theme Options > E-commerce > Products Page Layout > Product content elements and make sure that required elements in “Enabled” column.
Regards
They all are enabled. See here: https://ibb.co/jow8zd
See the shop page: http://www.loveleeboutique.com.au/shop
Any other suggestions?
Do you use child theme? Have you made changes in template files?
Regards
Yes, I use child theme.
I didn’t make any changes for this to happen. I just updated the theme recently. That’s it.
Please help!
Thanks!
Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins. If this won’t help, provide us with temporary wp-admin access so we can take a closer look.

All 3rd party plugins disabled. Did not fix: https://ibb.co/bGt7QJ
Please log in and try to fix on my staging site. Please let me know if you find a solution so I can fix on my live/production site.
Details below

apologies, please try now
Go to Appearance > Install Plugins > update 8theme Core plugin.

Ok, I did. It did not fix it.
Please, clear cache and check one more time http://prntscr.com/juyq4u

I did. I did again. It didn’t fix it.
Are you trying any of things you suggest? Do whatever you want on my staging site. I don’t mind. But please don’t ask me to do things, when you have access and can do them yourself. Nothing you suggested has worked.
It’s 1am in Sydney. I’ve stayed up late to work on this. If you figure it out, please let me know what you did, so I can do in the morning on my live/production site.
Thanks
Dear @rwlee33,
With parent theme activated on your staging site, the problem doesn’t occur – https://image.prntscr.com/image/KkIoCauFQDm-pflQG_OPrA.png
Looks like some changes in files of child theme caused the problem.
Regards
There we go. Problem fixed. However, I didn’t make changes to the child theme files. I only updated the parent theme.
Thank you for continuing to troubleshoot.
Looks like, your changes in files caused conflict with the new version of these files in latest theme version. In this case, you just need to compare 2 files https://text-compare.com/ and add the missing code to your child theme file.
