We just installed Gravity Forms and elements of the forms aren’t showing up. There are no visible radio buttons or checkboxes. The Insert Form button is also missing from the Text Editor panel which makes it cumbersome to insert forms. We have another formbuilder (Quform) activated on the site because essential forms are still active through that plugin, I tried deactivating Quform and clearing the cache to see if that was causing either of the issues but nothing was resolved.
I think you just released a theme update, so I’ll work on accomplishing that while awaiting your response.
Hello,
Please note we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme. Sorry, we don’t provide support for 3rd-party plugins.
But you may try to disable Ajax “Add to cart” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page and then check.
Regards
